How are wine cooling systems and large cabinets shipped?
Most large items are shipped via specialized LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers. We offer standard curbside delivery, but White Glove delivery—which includes bringing the unit inside and removing packaging—is available for an additional fee during checkout.
What is the standard lead time for custom wine racking?
Custom racking systems typically require a lead time of 4 to 8 weeks for production and finishing. Ready-to-assemble kits usually ship within 3 to 5 business days.
What should I do if my wine cooler arrives damaged?
It is critical to inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice visible damage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If hidden damage is found after opening, you must report it to our support team within 48 hours.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While Wine Cellar HQ provides the equipment and design consultations, we do not perform direct installations. We recommend hiring a licensed HVAC professional for split-system cooling units and a local contractor for racking assembly.
What is your return policy for wine cellar furniture?
Unused, non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs and a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 25% depending on the manufacturer.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our cooling systems and wine cabinets carry full manufacturer warranties. We only partner with reputable brands to ensure you have access to parts and certified technicians if needed.
